• All orders placed on www.hipkids.pk website will receive a confirmation call.
• Orders will be canceled automatically within 4 working hours if an order confirmation call is not received.
• Order received with the wrong address or contact numbers are canceled as soon as received.
• Orders which indicate fraudulent activity are canceled 
• If a customer refused to take delivery each time, even after placing the order such customer orders are canceled automatically.
• Customers who return orders after confirmation, again and again, their orders are not accepted.
