SHIPPING CHARGES
- Hipkids facilities its customer by providing Cash on delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
- Hipkids has subsidized its shipping charges for all its customers, we charge Rs200 on all orders below Rs3000 & FREE delivery on all orders above Rs3000.
SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME
- Hipkids believes in continuously improving therefore we adhere to using best courier services in Pakistan. Currently we are using courier services from Trax & Leopards cargo.
- Hipkids has strict policy of dispatching order within 24-48 hours of order being placed i.e after we get order confirmation from our customers.
- In normal circumstances customers receive their orders in 2-3 days.
- In order to provide you quickest service we request our customers to use our auto sms confirmation service.
SHIPPING RESTRICTION
- Hipkids makes sure to dispatch orders only after making sure the address provided is complete therefore we request our customers to provide full & complete address.
- Hipkids has a strict policy of restricting orders from customers who have previously not accepted their parcel without any due reason.
